Rebecca Ramsey

Rebecca has over 25 years in the airport industry, developing travel, dining, and retail programs to optimize non-airline revenues, enhance guest experience, and improve the travelers’ journey.

As past chair of the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) Commercial Management Committee, Rebecca has collaborated with airports across the country sharing ideas, best practices, and lessons learned to improve airport concession programs throughout North America, Canada, and the Caribbean.

She guides airports, and companies who seek to do business with airports, through plans and projects that assist them in finding their voice and realizing their potential to execute concepts and programs that generate successful results that satisfy financial goals, delight the traveling guest, and create a culture of hospitality throughout their operations.

As Director of Concession Affairs, Rebecca oversaw the $200M concession program at the Nashville International Airport (BNA) that included travel dining, retail, advertising, personal care services, and rental car concessions.

She grew non-airline revenue using hands on management and oversight through the implementation of innovative programs that increased sales and significantly enhanced guest experience at BNA.  She made it a priority to engage business partners, airlines, airport employees, business leaders, and community stakeholders to create a culture of hospitality and high standards.

Rebecca’s focus is on assisting airports and airport businesses to enhance programs and services that optimize travel dining and retail results, promote partnerships, enhance guest experiences, and improve the travelers’ journey.
